Kristi's roots are in Brookland District Schools.
Kristi grew up with her mom teaching at Trevvett Elementary while she attended Holladay Elementary, Moody Middle, and Hermitage High Schools.
She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Finance.

Combining her knowledge of and experience in Brookland District Schools with her financial and analytical career, Kristi was inspired to get in the trenches. She's worked to ensure ALL Henrico children get the best overall educational experience. Through her passion for this, she co-founded the advocacy group, Equitable Advocates.

Kristi and her husband, Pete, have three children attending schools in the Brookland District.
Family fuels the passion behind her priorities. Her three children attend Brookland schools. She is excited to keep making their school experience – and YOURS – a better one!
Since 2011, Kristi HAS served in many capacities and logged hundreds of hours in Brookland District Schools and in HCPS.
