I’m running to make a difference for your children and mine.
— Kristi Briggs Kinsella

I’ve lived the Henrico County School System. I’ve spent time inside the schools as a STUDENT, PARENT, and ADVOCATE. I’m invested in the future of our children, teachers, staff, and schools! This is why I ask for your vote on November 5th. We can make a difference together!

Reduce Class Sizes and Overcrowding in Our Schools

Students deserve a first-rate education. Students and teachers benefit from smaller class sizes that allow for improved communication, relationships, and learning environments.

Recruit, Retain, and Reward the Best and Brightest Teachers and Staff

Empower our teachers and staff with relevant curriculum and professional development, competitive compensation, increased support, guaranteed planning time, and reduced student testing.

Ensure Equitable Educational Resources for All Students, Teachers, and Staff

Our schools should be safe and equipped to support every child academically, developmentally, mentally, and physically.

I believe Henrico is one of the best counties for raising families in Virginia. I’m running for this seat because I see opportunities to make our schools even better by providing what every child deserves to be successful and life ready.
